Michael Dunn, Senior Pastor 
Pastor Mike has been serving in local church ministry for over 30 years, and leading Grace Christian Fellowship since 2009. Born and raised in Arkansas, he completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) at Arkansas State University, and went on to achieve a Master of Divinity (MDiv) & Doctorate of Ministry (DMin) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He also spent 4 years as a Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) staff member at the Ohio State University, and the University of Georgia.   Mike and his wife April have been married since 1980, have 5 children, and a growing number of grandchildren.
 
 
John Hartman, Assoc. Pastor Emeritus
Pastor John served at Grace from 2008 to January 2018. Although he tries to retire, we are grateful that he continues to serve here on the church board, preaching several times a year, and providing visitation to church family. Originally from Hot Springs SD, Pastor John holds a BS in Natural Science and Education from the University of MN, and his M.Div from Bethel Seminary.  He has served in numerous pastoral roles over the years.  Pastor John and his wife, Joanne, married in 1963 and have two children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
 
 
Nick Dunn, Assoc. Pastor
Pastor Nick provides oversight to Youth Ministry, our Sunday Morning Welcome Team, and Connections Ministry. He holds a BA in History Education from Cedarville University with a Masters of Divinity from Liberty University. Pastor Nick loves to connect with, and equip people to serve in various ministry areas around the church.  He has served on the ministry team at Grace since 2010. He and his wife, Alysha have been married since 2013.
 

Mark Brumagin, Asst. Pastor of Worship & Music

Mark is responsible for the development and leadership of our Sunday morning worship teams, sound/lighting tech teams, and choir. Mark holds a BMus.in Music Education from Grove City College, MLA from McDaniel College, and a MMin. from Clark’s Summit University. He is currently enrolled in Liberty University’s Doctor of Worship Studies Program. Prior to entering into full-time ministry, Mark served as a music teacher in Pennsylvania public schools.  Since 2006, he has served as music director, worship leader, and worship pastor in several churches in Pennsylvania and New York. Mark’s desire is to see people worship the God who is worthy of our praise.   Mark has been married to Erin since 2003 and is the proud father of three daughters. 
 
 
Staff Team
 

Lauraine Newman, Office Administrator

Lauraine manages the front office and provides oversight of the facility, including approving facility requests. She assists the Senior Pastor with computer & IT needs, database information management, as well as church policies and procedures. Lauraine provides oversight to all purchasing and assists the Church Treasurer.
 
 
Andrea Niggli, Children’s Ministry Director
Andrea directs our Nursery and Grace KIDS Sunday programs. She provides special Family and Children’s ministry programs throughout the year, including Vacation Bible School, Operation Christmas Child, and Cradle Care.
 
 
Lynne Sypher, Equipping Ministries Coordinator
Lynne is responsible for our Connection Groups ministry. In this role she provides resources, training and mentoring to group leaders. In addition she provides training and support to equip ministry volunteers.
 
 
Joelle Zimmerman, Community Outreach/Volunteer Coordinator
Joelle helps connect GCF to the community with oversight of media communications and special outreach events and opportunities, including The Global Leadership Summit. In addition she helps match volunteers with serve opportunities and co-leads the Stephen Ministry at Grace.
 
 
Susan Jacobs, Receptionist
In addition to answering the phones and welcoming visitors to the office, Susan designs and edits our weekly bulletin, manages mailings, the van ministry, and maintains our church database.
 
 
Mikel Withers, Facilities Caretaker
Mikel is responsible for general maintenance and cleaning of the church facility and grounds. In addition to keeping the facility clean, he is responsible for setting up and tearing down of equipment for the ever-changing facility use needs. Mikel has also created the awesome murals gracing the walls of our Children’s Wing.
